Well the little motivational mirror has had a lot added to it in the last few days and thought i might spread the wisdom by explaining what the post-its actually mean. Well some of them anyway
Live in the moment - You never know what lifes going to through at you tomorrow so take it one day at a time and enjoy every second of the ride.
Be creative - Try that new recipe, craft creation, fashion style, sport, make-up etc
Make that decision - Don'd avoid it because something might happen or because something might not. You'll find nothing can be as bad as floating in limbo, trying to make the decision.
Smile, someone loves it - Ever noticed how a persons whole face and body change when they smile? A smile from the right person can make your heart flip over in your chest, make you giggle, make you shy. Its a powerful thing. If you smile you will instanly feel happier, you can even hear a smile in someones voice.
Trust yourself - I once heard it said, "Advice is what you ask for when you already know the answer but wish you didnt". This is possibly one of the truest expressions i have ever heard. Decisions can be hard but ultimately you know the right answer for you. If something doesnt feel right it probably isnt. Trust your instinct.
If in doubt fake it - Get your mind out the gutter its not relating to that. Having a fat day? No one but you knows that, fake confidence and people will fall for it. Feel way over your head at work? Calming breath and carry on, head held high. If you fake it soon it will become real.
Be a radiator - My mum once told "Thet're two types of people, radiators and drains". A radiator is the type of person whose laughter is infectious, who radiates happyness, when you hear theyre going to a party you know it will be a good night. A drain is someone who sucks the happiness out of you, being negative, always moaning, self centred etc. Everyone should aspire to be a radiator, the world would be a better place.
Be intoxicating - Make people drunk on your presence, be the type of person other people want to be around.
If you're not sure don't bother - Only applies to certain situations but the big one is crushes, if your not even sure then theres nothing more than friendship there.
Solve that problem, NOW! - The longer you leave it the bigger the problem will seem because the more you'll have thought about it. Pretty quickly something small can take over your life - Making mountains out of mole hills.
Dance like no ones watching - Shed those inhabitions and enjoy life even if you look rediculous doing it.
Cherish everyone - You never know who'll need you. You cant know the roll your playing in other peoples life, someone might be having a really bad day that's pushing them towards the edge and your words that day could have a major impact, dont waste time beign angry at things that are in the past, you cant change them.
Pay that compliment - You know how much you like getting them so make the effort to give them out to, especially girls, we take so long getting ready that its nice to know someone notices, even if its not the guy you were hoping to impress.
No man is worth your tears and the one who is wont make you cry.
