Pineapple Upside down cake

This was a request from one of the girls at work after i took a sponge cake in a couple of months ago. Was really easy to make and rather quick as well. Came out looking rather nice if i do say so myself. Flipping it out of the tin was a nervous moment cause i didn't know what it would look like.

Had a request for cottage pie now, trying to think of a clever way to make it look like cottage pie but for it to actually be a cake.
