Spud Love

Contrary to popular belief this is not just a PO-TA-TO! You can do more than just boil 'em, mash 'em or stick 'em in a stew.

Homemade potato wedges are yummy. Just peel (optional) some baking potatos stick them in a tube with sunflower oil and chilli /paprika, stick the lid on and shake till its all orangy. Pop them on a tray in the over at 200 degrees C and cook until the look done turning them over. Its an idea to put extra oil on the tray otherwise the stick

Look at them all goldenish and yummy.

So go on and show the humble spud some love
