Went to a friends BBQ and thought these little treats would fit right in if all went wrong and the BBQ meat went up in flames and took out the garden shed. Thankfully it didn't as all the food has been pre-cooked in a grill and even we cant mess up a BBQ when all were doing is reheating. Anyway i ramble. So basically these are pack mix muffins in two different flavours sandwiched together with butter icing + green food colouring (high as kites) then sprinkled with seasame seeds for the authentic look. Kinda fiddly to make but loads of fun.
