Went wandering up this path which looks rather flat in this picture where in fact it was a vertical climb. Was very pretty with the dappled sunlight and the bluebells and ferns.
After hiking up said hill tried to find a tree for Ian to photograph. This one evidently fit the bill for him. I meanwhile messed around with my phone taking pictures of just about anything i thought looked interesting.

Think this looks kinda jazzy like fireworks almost. Would kinda like to print this out for my wall.
Totally bumped Ian's idea for this picture. Unfortunately you cant see the bottom of this tree or you'd realise how brave i was taking this picture cause it was at the top of a very steep drop so holding my phone over the edge of the drop wasn't the most relaxing experience.
This one was actually from the nature reserve on Monday - more pictures of this day will get blogged at a later date but probably with metaphorical sounding blog posts.
